Two NMMU Business Management lecturers Chantal Rootman and Prof Madele Tait are among 17 authors that contributed to a book originally written by “the father of Marketing” Phillip Kotler.
Prof Tait was asked to be the South African editor of this book that has contibuting authors from the University of Cape Town, University of Johannesburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Tshwane University of Technology and University of the Free State.
Pearson Education obtained the license to adapt the book for the South African landscape. The book is titled: “Principles of Marketing: Southern African and global perspectives”.
The book launch takes place on 15 March 2010 in Cape Town.
