Come clean on MPs’ interests, Asmal urges

In the wake of President Jacob Zuma’s controversial declaration of his interests, ANC stalwart Kader Asmal has called for the debts and tax certificates of cabinet members to be made public and for penalties to be imposed for late submission and incorrect declarations.
