Recent defeats against Sundowns and Free State Stars in the league as well as Amazulu in the Nedbank Cup has put the Ajax technical team in a reflective mood as they plan for the league game against Amazulu. Reddam House pupils arrived at Ikamva en masse to enjoy the Ajax experience with the Ajax coaches. Boys and girls lined up amidst excited chatter as they waited for the rain to clear before they went out onto the field. The Ajax coaches welcomed the Reddam pupils and teaching staff who accompanied them, before showing them the basics of the beautiful game. Ajax Cape Town played Free State Stars at the Charles Mopeli Stadium in Phuthaditjhaba, the game started at 19h30 in front of a sparse crowd. The Urban Warriors suffered an early setback when Keamogetse Wolff was red carded with just 10 minutes on the clock.
