This year the popular SPCA Horse Show takes place at the start of the December school holidays on 10 and 11 December at the Constantia Valley Riding Club (CVRC), Brommesvlei Rd, Constantia. Residents are advised that the City has a policy that strictly forbids Solid Waste collection personnel and other service personnel from asking residents for 'Christmas boxes' and 'donations'.
