It seems like in good old OBS, you cannot breathe heavily without someone alerting the noise police. See the correspondence below for a giggle: Complainer: Rxxx Exxxx, the estate agents across the way in Station Rd, their alarm has just gone off twice in a row. The alarm blares for 8 WHOLE MINUTES each time, surely there has to be a regulation on how long an alarm may go off for.
