Summerville, Kuils River Security Complex Complaint

I urgently need to highlight the dangers that we people must face staying in a so-called security complex named Summerville. There are breakins, stealing of washing clothes off the line and a wall that has not even have electric wire to keep the thugs out. My house has been burgled twice and that was the end of story.
