Volvo Ocean Race: Winners and losers: (February 17, 2018; Day 11) – Team AkzoNobel and SHK/Scallywag are the big winners over the past 24 hours as both have had a relatively fast transition through the doldrums. The Volvo Ocean Race returns to Cape Town in 2017 and will be in the City from 24 November to 10 December. The first of Leg 2 yachts are expected to arrive on 27 November with the start of Leg 3 to Melbourne on 10 December 2017:
