Volvo Ocean Race initiate independent report into night finishes: No-one should be surprised that an investigation has been called into ocean racing at night in high traffic areas. The Volvo Ocean Race returns to Cape Town in 2017 and will be in the City from 24 November to 10 December. The first of Leg 2 yachts are expected to arrive on 27 November with the start of Leg 3 to Melbourne on 10 December 2017:
