Sight, sound, and taste are three of life’s most precious senses. In the month of April, an event that will give people the opportunity to embrace these senses will take place in Gqeberha. Sponsored by Specs-Savers, AlgoaFM, La motte, and SMS-portal, A night with the classics is a 2-day event that will take place on Saturday the 23rd of April and Sunday the 24th of April 2022
With performances from South Africa’s top entertainers, Richard Cock (Conductor); Loyiso Bala (Performer), Zolani Mahola (Performer), Craig Hinds – Watershed (Musician), Eastern Cape Philharmonic Orchestra (Orchestra with Etiene Mecleon), and Marcus Wyatt On Trumpet (Musician).
The event will be hosted by Grey High School on the Philip Field in Ggqeberha, where a maximum of 2000 tickets per show will be available for sale. This event also aims at giving back. This will be done in a form of a donation where each purchaser of Sunday’s ticket chooses a school of their choice that they would like a portion of the proceeds to be donated to.
Sunday’s Gala evening with corporate hospitality will be the duration of 3 hours and will cost R499 the important factor to remember with regards to bookings for this event is that tickets are only booked in block bookings of 10 seats. Hospitality tents with bottomless champagne and canapés or cash bar tents will available to the exposure of the audience.
Sunday’s event will be a Family picnic and the tickets will cost R180 per person, it will commence at 1 pm till 4 pm. Bringing your own picnic kit is welcome at the event, Picnic hampers will be available for pre-purchase or a variety of food trucks will be at the event. There will be a kids’ play area available.
Parking is available for R40 per vehicle
