AbaThembu Chief Mtirara passes away

Pretoria – Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta) MEC in the Eastern Cape, Fikile Xasa, has sent his condolences following the death of Nkosi Daludumo Mtirara of the AbaThembu nation in the OR Tambo District Municipal area.
