#BravectoCares campaign continues to reward feline NPOs

18 November 2021 by Con Tributor

For Cape Town-based non-profit organisation (NPO), Howlelujah Foundation (www.howlelujahfoundation.org), the sponsorship of 1 200 doses of Bravecto® Spot-On treatments in November will make a massive impact on the destitute animals in their care. The nationwide #BravectoCares campaign, which has been running since mid-year, has provided animal welfare organisations countrywide with thousands of doses of Spot-On treatment – at a time when they desperately need the assistance. The most recent feline-focused campaign has called on communities to nominate and vote for cat welfare organisations through the ‘Bravecto South Africa’ Facebook page using the #BravectoCares hashtag. The finalists were announced on Facebook, and supporters then voted for the winner through comments on the post. The latest recipient, Howlelujah Foundation was founded in 2020 as a way to help the homeless humans and furry friends. Commenting on the win, Michelle Pansegrauw from the NPO said: “This will change the lives of so many cats living in the township where we work, which is just next to the R300. We are always short on tick and flea treatment for the cats so it’s amazing to be able to give so many of them treatment. This is all thanks to Bravecto®!” The kindness spread even further with Bravecto® announcing the sponsorship of a further 400 Spot-On treatments to Cat Trapping in the Winelands, an NPO that assists wild and wonderful wandering cats by trapping, neutering, testing and returning them
