Revell’s (Frederick B. Revell Jr., 24) image and name did not appear in Friday’s Leon County Jail booking report, which cited public records exemptions for relatives of law enforcement officers.
He was ordered by a judge not to go back to Whataburger and remains in the Leon County Jail without bond.

A man who allegedly spit on a Tallahassee police officer during a dispute at Whataburger is charged with threatening to shoot and sue the officer after claiming he was the son of a sheriff’s deputy.
Frederick B. Revell Jr., 24, faces charges of trespassing, battery on a law enforcement officer and intimidation.
Revell’s image and name did not appear in Friday’s Leon County Jail booking report, which cited public records exemptions for relatives of law enforcement officers.

Around 4 a.m. Thursday, the manager of the Apalachee Parkway Whataburger flagged down the officer reporting Revell’s involvement in an altercation inside.
Police reports describe an intoxicated Revell causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the restaurant. The officer asked him to leave to which Revell started to give the officer the middle finger before eventually walking outside.
The 24-year-old turned and spit in the officer’s face. He was Tased in the stomach and right arm. He told the officer who he was as he was being transported to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare for medical attention.
There, he told the arresting officer and another “if you touch me I am going to shoot you and sue your [expletive],” court records say.
He was ordered by a judge not to go back to Whataburger and remains in the Leon County Jail without bond.
