MInister Ayanda Dlodlo delivering a lecture during the celebration of Africa Day which is celebrated annually on the 25 May within the continent to mark the formation of Organisation of African Unity in May 1963 which was later renamed African Union in 2002. The theme of 2017 Africa Day is "The year of OR Tambo : Building a Better Africa and a Better World". The celebration was held at False Bay TVET College in Cape Town. (Photo: GCIS)
