Celebrate spring and enjoy the beauty of the Simonsberg Conservancy with the Falke Spring Trail Run on Sunday, 18 September at Knorhoek Wine Farm outside Stellenbosch.

Entries will be taken on event day and will cost R140 for the 6km and R160 for the 11km race.  Timing will be done with Amarider Trail Tags.  No tag, no time:  available for rent for R20 on the day or buy for R100 and use at all our events! Water points on route.

Trail runners can choose between a 6km and more challenging 11km, which will start at 08h00 and 08h15 respectively. Registration opens at 07h00 and prize giving will be from 10h00.  Recovery massages available so treat yourself and book a leg (R80), lower back and legs (R100) or feet reflex session (R50).

Medals for all finishers with great podium and lucky draw prizes to be won. Make a day of it and enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine, pint of beer en delicious snacks.
