Sinn’s Chef proprietor, Thomas Sinn has comprised a variety of delectable dishes specially for Valentine’s day, including the Parma Ham and Melon, Duo of Duck, and Tempura of Crayfish for starters; Wild Mushroom and smoked Kudu Risotto, Oriental Salmon on Wasabi Mash, and Beef Fillet Rossini for mains; as well as Tiramisu and the Valentines dessert medley to round off the evening on a sweet note.
