City of Cape Town Traffic Services will assist in making residents’ journeys over the Festive Season safer, by offering free roadworthy safety checks.
Motorists are urged to visit one of the following roadworthy testing centres to ensure that their motor vehicle/s are in a roadworthy condition before going on a long journey. The centres will be open from 28 November – 15 December 2011 from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.
- Brackenfell: Corner of Kruispad and Reservoir Streets, Brackenfell
- Durbanville: 93B De Viliiers Drive, Durbanville
- Bellville: Bellrail Road, Bellville
- Goodwood: Corner of Frans Conradie Drive and Hugo Street, Goodwood
- Kuils River: Fabriek Street, Kuils River
- Gallows Hill: Somerset Road, Green Point
- Hillstar: Plantation Road, Wetton
