Colorado Park: Critical Electricity Maintenance

The City reminds residents in the Colorado Park area of upcoming critical electricity supply interruptions for maintenance, which will be carried out from 08:00 until 18:00 on Thursday, 9 September 2026. The duration of the outage is an estimate. Restoration could be delayed due to the complex nature of the work. To view the area outage maps, visit: https://bit.ly/4ghWxug. The City apologises for any inconvenience caused while the essential maintenance is being carried out.

The maintenance is essential to enhance the quality and reliability of electricity supply in Colorado Park. It is important to note that interruptions to supply will impact the areas on the maps and on the relevant date. The work is planned to be carried out from 08:00 until 18:00 on 9 September 2026, if all goes to plan.

Please note:

The electricity supply could be restored at any time, and customers must please treat all electrical installations as live for the full duration of the planned maintenance work. Residents are encouraged to switch off appliances as a precaution to avoid damage caused by power surges when the power comes back on. The City apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks residents for their cooperation.
