CULLINAN Holdings, the listed leisure group, last month proposed another sizeable acquisition in the Cape. Cullinan, which owns the well-known Thompsons brand, has offered to buy a 56% stake in Cape Town-based Ikapa Tours – a popular inbound tour operator.
