The choice for hearty mains is between beef Wellington with parsnip puree and fondant potatoes, or line fish, coconut curry with tomato basil spinach and tempura mussel. For dessert, poached guava with homemade guava cake and yoghurt sorbet or malva pudding with fresh berries and warm custard, is sure to satisfy your dad’s sweet tooth.
