Goodwood Customer Office Permanently Closed

The City of Cape Town’s Goodwood Customer Interaction Centre will be permanently closed at the end of May 2026. The City apologises for this and the situation is outside of our control. Residents are encouraged to make use of other nearby offices, including the Parow office which is just 1,5km away, and the City’s convenient online booking and payment options. If in doubt, please phone ahead to check whether an office is open. Staff will be redeployed to other offices to assist customers.

We encourage residents to use our simple and convenient e-Services options and to make an online booking when visiting an office in person. Residents are encouraged to check the City’s website or call ahead before visiting the nearest office. The City remains committed to improving our service offerings to residents and we again urge customers to make use of our easy-to-use online options,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Finance, Councillor Siseko Mbandezi.
