Finally a new video! It’s my first video after we came back, and I am trying some new filming ideas! 🙂 Hope you’ll enjoy it! Also, if you have a clay pot, use a clay pot to do the final simmering. It adds more flavour to the lion’s head! 🙂

Recipe: Serves about 6 – 8 people
Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your liking! 🙂

2 lbs of ground pork
2/3 – 1 chunk of tofu (Substitute with white sticky rice or a slice of toast soaked with milk)
2 dried black fungus (Substitute with water chestnuts)
2 Tbsp of Shao Hsing wine (Substitute with cooking wine or sake)
1/2 of an onion (or use green onions instead)
2 – 3 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 Tbsp of sesame oil
Some white pepper powder
A little salt
1 napa cabbage
4 – 5 slices of ginger
