Khama Billiat is about to embark on an exciting new chapter in his football journey and he took some time out from training to chat with Ajaxct.com.
He said, “As you know I leave on Sunday for Amsterdam where Thato Mokeke and I will train with the Dutch giants for a week.
This is an exciting opportunity for us as we will be training under the guidance of the renowned Frank de Boer, coach of Ajax Amsterdam. It’s not often that a player gets invited to train with a top European team and I hope to make the most of this chance.
This invitation gives us a chance to experience top flight football first hand and I am sure it will encourage us to return one day.
It’s good to know that Hennie Spijkerman (the ex-Ajax Cape Town assistant coach) and Thulani Serero are there as they will help us to settle in.”
