Longridge wine estate is ready to welcome spring with a series of music evenings featuring some of South Africa’s top local artists.

The first artist on the calendar is singer/songwriter Gert Vlok Nel on Friday, 9 September.  This controversial artist recently made headlines with his song “Beautiful in Beaufort-Wes” and guests will be able to listen to the original version of this song by its creator as well as several other hits.  Tickets are R150 per person and include a glass of award-winning Longridge wine.  An a la carte menu as well as the dish of the day option will be available.  Doors open at 18h00 and the show starts at 19h00.

On Friday, 23 September, the ever-popular Laurinda Hofmeyr will perform in the gorgeous function venue.  This iconic South African musician originally caught the attention of music lovers through her amazing song-writing talents with songs performed by great artists such as Laurika Rauch, but later gained her own following by her incredible arrangements of existing poems. Tickets cost R150 per person and include a glass of wine.

For reservations, contact 021-855 4082 or emial reception@longridge.co.za
