Mantashe saddened by passing of CEF Board Chairperson:

Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) Minister Gwede Mantashe has expressed sadness at the passing of Central Energy Fund (CEF) Board Chairperson, Dr Monde Mnyande, on Sunday, after a short illness.
