The Democratic Alliance Western Cape says that they welcome a new MyCiTi bus route from Atlantis to Sea Point which started operating from last week Monday.
MPP Daylin Mitchell says: ”We welcome the new MyCiTi route which is an extension of the Atlantis T02 route and connects commuters directly to Sea Point, we commit to do our level best to ensure that we create an interconnected province where residents are able to move freely and affordably, especially for job-seekers and the youth.”
The new 115 feeder route operates around every 12 minutes from Monday to Friday. The route has been in operation for over a week now and has already proved to be a popular and convenient connecting route for various commuters on a daily basis.
“We will always make it our priority to emphasize the importance of a sustainable public transport system in the Western Cape to connect and uplift the residents where the DA governs”, MPP Mitchell adds.
