Robben Island is the prison that Nelson Mandela spent 18 years of his 27 year long incarceration. While in South Africa it was very important to us to go there and pay our respects to a man who’s strength and moral character has helped create positive change in not only South Africa but the entire world that we live in. Seeing Robben Island up close and personal was a very eye opening and emotional experience.
Our prayers go out to Nelson Mandela and his family as he is currently in hospital.
