The South Africa Europe Container Service (SAECS) has confirmed – further to its announcement (on November 3, 2009) of an additional shipping service to cater for the anticipated season increased in refrigerated exports – that it will introduce the first vessel in the Reefer Express (REX) service from week 7 (February 15, 2010) in Cape Town.
