Released early March the Doolhof Signature Cabernet Franc 2009 promises to be a wine with great elegance and softness with fine, velvety tannins.
The Cabernet Franc vines were planted in deep, well drained Glenrosa family soil with some clay present. Planted in a North-West row direction which is ideal for the warm Wellington area. These young vines where planted in 2005 and show great potential.
Enjoy this wine with smoked salmon or a light delicate red meat.
