Pretoria – International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will today co-chair the inaugural ministerial session of the Zimbabwe-South Africa Bi-National Commission (BNC) in Harare ahead of the Heads of State session scheduled for Thursday.
