- FOUR PAWS invites South Africans to lead with kindness in 2026
Cape Town, 29 December 2025 – As we step into a new year, global animal welfare organisation FOUR PAWS calls on South Africans to make animal welfare a priority in their New Year’s resolutions. By adopting simple, impactful habits, communities can help create a kinder, more sustainable world for animals, people and the planet.

Here’s how you can start:
- #EatKinder – Reduce animal products in your diet. Try a plant-based braai with local favourites like grilled mielies and chakalaka. Every meat-free meal helps reduce animal suffering and environmental impact.
