Cape Town, South Africa — Solid Tech Flooring has announced the expansion of its epoxy flooring services into Bloubergstrand, extending its coverage further across Cape Town’s West Coast region.
The move comes as demand continues to grow for epoxy flooring systems in coastal suburbs where environmental conditions such as salt air, moisture exposure, and heavy foot traffic can accelerate the deterioration of traditional concrete and tiled surfaces.
Bloubergstrand, known for its residential developments, beachfront properties, restaurants, and commercial activity, has seen increased interest in durable flooring systems for garages, retail spaces, workshops, and entertainment areas.
According to the company, the expansion will improve service accessibility for property owners and businesses seeking long-lasting flooring solutions designed to withstand coastal conditions.
Epoxy flooring has become increasingly popular in Cape Town’s coastal communities due to its seamless finish, resistance to stains and moisture, and low-maintenance properties. Properly installed epoxy systems can also improve surface durability while enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial interiors.
“Coastal environments place additional stress on concrete surfaces over time,” the company stated. “We’ve seen growing demand in Bloubergstrand from homeowners and businesses looking for flooring systems that combine durability with a clean, modern finish.”
The company provides a range of flooring solutions, including garage epoxy flooring, decorative flake systems, warehouse flooring, showroom coatings, and industrial-grade epoxy applications. Surface preparation methods such as diamond grinding are used to improve adhesion and long-term coating performance.
Solid Tech Flooring stated that the expansion into Bloubergstrand forms part of a broader strategy to strengthen its presence across Cape Town’s high-growth residential and commercial areas.
Industry analysts have noted increased adoption of resin-based flooring systems throughout South Africa as property owners seek alternatives to traditional floor coverings that require higher ongoing maintenance.
More information about the company and its epoxy flooring services is on the company’s website.
