Starbucks brings The Third Place to Table View

30 August 2021 by Con Tributor

Starbucks brings The Third Place to Table View: The neighbourhood of Sunningdale has a brand-new resident and a convenient spot for families and friends to gather. It’s the family-friendly South African Starbucks in West Coast Village shopping mall, and it’s bringing the brand’s unique “Third Place” experience to Table View.

Surrounded by local schools and offering easy access from the R27 and Sundown Roads, this neighbourhood store is the perfect spot to grab a coffee after a school run or sit-in and chill out in the outdoor area while keeping an eye on the kids playing safely in the central play area.

A major draw for shoppers in this bright, friendly shopping mall is the freshly baked pastries available hot from the Starbucks oven throughout the day. To put the cream on the Frappuccino, this unique Starbucks experience is delivered by store manager Wolfgang Marinus – a returning Capetonian who previously opened a wildly popular Starbucks store in central London – and his enthusiastic team of seven locals, all super-keen to share their knowledge about the blends and roasts on offer.

Starbucks West Coast Village features the full range of Starbucks hot and cold beverages, as well as a wide selection of delicious breakfast, lunch and in-between meals and treats. A source of pride for all Starbucks partners is that Starbucks coffee is 99% ethically sourced and accredited by Conservation International under the C.A.F.E. Practices programme.
