Steenberg supports self-care during Women’s Month: Join Steenberg’s #WomanInspired initiative dedicated to women empowerment for the entire month of August by participating in a series of inspiring outdoor #ConfidenceInspired self-care classes.
By investing in yourself, you can grow, evolve and reach your infinite potential. Women in need of some breathing space are invited to join one or more of three carefully considered morning #ConfidenceInspired Classes on the Manor House lawns at Steenberg Hotel & Spa.
The classes start with a 1-hour Pilates class on Thursday, 12 August, from 09h30 when instructor Anthea Fredericks will help you build a strong foundation by working your inner core, regardless of your fitness level.
Learn how to walk with courage by attending Mark Delafield’s 2-hour Self-defence workshop from 10h30 to 12h30 on Wednesday, 18 August. You may want to bring a friend to join you for Covid-19 friendly partner work.
A final 1-hour Yoga class to stretch and strengthen body and mind is planned on Wednesday, 25 August, from 09h30. All fitness levels are welcome as instructor Thelma Hartnady will be guiding you through your Yoga poses.
