CAPE TOWN – The SAPS 10111 Call Centre in Maitland is currently experiencing technical problems due to a Telkom line breakage, which is receiving technical attention. At this stage, the source of the breakage has not yet been determined by the relevant service provider.
In the interim, communities are urged to make use of the 107 emergency number, which will connect callers to the 10111 Call Centre. Alternatively, members of the public may contact their nearest police station for assistance.
The SAPS will provide regular updates on the progress.
