Strong support base shows the need for an online community magazine.

St Francis Bay –  Issue 6 of The West Wind has seen remarkable growth of the magazine readership, with over 3,000 individual people reading it within the first two weeks after release.

Interesting fact – the majority of people are reading the magazine on their tablets or their mobiles, and with fewer people reading it on their desktops.

Popular stories have been the Christopher Scott photo feature, with a selection of some of Chris’s remarkable local photographs wowing the local readers.

The Dune Ridge Country House review was another popular read, with most readers spending some time poring over the details of the amazing setting and feast that the writer enjoyed.

Q’s Garden review was also well-read, and the dark kitchen on Arago Way has been doing some serious trading since the article was posted.

The fitness column by Haydn Holmes from The Pound was also a popular read, with many people wanting to know how to get fit and keep fit without the stress of peer pressure.

With issue 7 due for release around the 15 February, the awesome St Francis and JBay community and further have been showing strong support for the local magazine, and it looks set to grow.

The West Wind website will launch with issue 7, and there is strong growth with the social platforms as well. So come in and have a look at what the fuss is all about here – The West Wind!
