Haskell have just opened their self catering cottage. Sleeps 4, at about R2000 per night. Lovely accommodation & stunning view. #

Ran out of petrol on the N2. 3 men smashed my window & tried to rob me. Ran into the road to try stop a car. They drove around me & hooted. #

Eventually a black gentleman stopped to assist & the muggers ran off, with only the car service book. Sad that people are afraid to help. #

I love the way the festival has spread out all over Franschhoek. Little pockets of vibe all over the place, a surprise around every corner. #
