The SA Police Services and NSRI, in cooperation with CoCT (City of Cape Town), are urgently appealing to anyone that can assist to identify (or provide information as to contact details for family) of a white adult female (believed to be aged in her 50’s), a swimmer at Clifton’s Second Beach, Cape Town, wearing a floral 2 piece bathing suit, a yellow bathing cap and purple speedo swimming goggles.
