Cape Town, September 25 – Foreign nationals in Cape Town say they have been queuing every day for months outside the Home Affairs Refugee Centre, without receiving any assistance. They say they will camp outside the building until their applications are processed, as they are afraid of being arrested if they leave the vicinity without the necessary paperwork. The Cape Town Home Affairs office says it is not processing any new applications.
