WESTERN CAPE – A strategic operation has landed two suspects in police custody on Thursday, 17 September.
Upon following up on information received, the members arrived at Azalia Street, Paarl East around 13:20 and conducted a thorough search. In the premises, they found an unlicenced firearm and an adult female was arrested accordingly.
Further investigation led them to Springbok Street in which an adult male was apprehended for possession of an unlicenced firearm after they found the firearm in his house.
The two suspects will appear at Paarl Magistrate’s Court once they have been charged.
