I recently posted the schedule for the upcoming Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts (starting with Johnny Clegg this Saturday). If that is your thing, then you’ll probably be into this as well. Backsberg is hosting a series of picnic concerts on the estate, also on Sundays from the 29th November to the 31st January.
There is a wide variety of artists and tickets are R85 from Computicket or R100 at the gate. Picnics and wine can be purchased at the venue (Backsberg does have a good restaurant so I’m sure the picnics will be fab) but you are also welcome to bring your own picnic.
Some of the artists scheduled to perform are, Valiant Swart, aKing, Robin Auld and James Stewart. See full schedule below.
