After dusk on Noordhoek Beach
Cape Town

The scene 20 minutes after sunset, looking away from the sea. A 4 minute exposure for the water and rocks and 90 seconds for the sky. Taken on my E-P5 Olympus with a tiny travel tripod. It was so dark at the end I needed a torch to get back (to the lights you see in the centre of the frame). The out-of focus material at the bottom of the frame is actually foam, which was bobbing around, and doesn’t give the same effect as smoothing water.
