The Fedhealth MTB Challenge, taking place at Blaauwklippen Wine Estate (Stellenbosch) on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 September 2022, is proud to continue supporting The Kindness Collaboration Project. When entering the event online mountain bikers can show their support by donating towards the cause.
“We are proud to continue supporting The Kindness Collaboration Project in 2022,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports and Founder of the event. “Founded by Fedhealth and Operation Healing Hands, the project supports families that don’t have access to or can’t afford quality medical care. It’s a wonderful initiative that raises funds to cover the cost of preventative and life-saving screenings and/or surgeries. Fedhealth MTB Challenge entrants can show their support by donating towards the project during the 2022 online entry process. No donation is too small
and entrants that donate R400 or more will receive a rider jersey compliments of Operation Healing Hands and Fedhealth.”
“Fedhealth partnered with Operation Healing Hands (OHH) to launch The Kindness Collaboration after an extremely difficult 2020,” says Jeremy Yatt, Fedhealth Principal Officer. “We are both proud and excited to continue the partnership in 2022. We cherish the opportunity to work closely with OHH, our members, partners and entrants to raise the funds needed to change the lives of South Africans who cannot otherwise afford quality medical care.
The Kindness Collaboration is a joint initiative between Fedhealth and Operation Healing Hands (OHH). All medical professionals associated with OHH provide their time and skills for free; the funds raised will therefore go towards expenses such as consumables and random medical expenses.

PRIZE PURSE: The 2022 Fedhealth MTB Challenge Marathon (+- 60km) will boast a R30 000 Prize Purse. The male and female winners will take home R7000.00 each, while runners up will take home R5000.00 with the third-place finishers securing R3000.00 each.
