Langebaan fun flower walk – Sunday 23 September

17 September 2012 by Alan

This long heritage weekend, head up the West Coast for a family-fun, flower walk at the Langebaan Country Estate, on Sunday 23 September, starting at 11:30am.

Just R10 per adult and R5 per child (under 12), the walk will meander around the golf course and through indigenous bush for either 3 or 7kms through flat terrain.

Registration opens at 10:30am and there’ll be a wide variety of food and refreshments on sale, including boerewors rolls, curry and rice and pancakes. Great music, face-painting and a jumping castle for young children, will keep walkers entertained before and after the walk.

Enter the ‘Best Hat’ competition, lucky quiz or just be there to stand a chance of winning fabulous prizes sponsored by Pick n Pay, Spar, local restaurants, hair and beauty salons and Langebaan Country Estate.

Last year the event attracted around 300 people and promises to be a fantastic day out for the whole family.
