Less than 6000 CT Sevens tickets left

25 August 2016 by Alan

With a little over 100 days to go before the very popular HSBC Cape Town Sevens kicks off in the Mother City on 10 December, SA Rugby has confirmed that less than 6,000 tickets – all for the first day of action – are still available to the public.

All tickets for the second day (Sunday 11 December) have been sold, but only 5,530 tickets at R150 and 79 seats at R250 are left for the opening day (Saturday 10 December) and supporters are urged to buy those tickets before they sell out.

All-inclusive hospitality packages, starting at R2,995 per person per day (excluding VAT), are still available for both days from SA Rugby through Mingon van Rooyen at mingonv@sarugby.co.za, and fans travelling from abroad can get ticket and travel packages from SA Rugby Travel (www.sarugbytravel.com).

Megapro has supporters’ packages available and they can be purchased for Saturday only (R1,895 per person, excluding VAT), Sunday only (R2,295 per person, excluding VAT) or Weekend Package (R3,700 per person, excluding VAT) – email John (john@megapro.co.za) for more information.

SA Rugby reiterated that they were aware of other outlets selling tickets at higher prices, but that the validity of those tickets could not be guaranteed.
