Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will once again be on the move to provide residents with convenient access to essential municipal services. The Mobile Office will be stationed at the Monwabisi Sport and Recreation Centre in Langa on Thursday, 9 April 2026. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities to address account-related enquiries and access a range of City services closer to home.

Thursday, 9 April 2026, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Monwabisi Sport and Recreation Centre, Rose Innes Street, Langa.The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically.
‘Bahlali, siyeza [dear local residents, we are the way]. As a caring City, we are pleased to bring our Mobile Office directly to residents’ doorsteps of Langa. This is a convenient way for community members to get help with non-emergency enquiries, such as rates, water, electricity and refuse accounts, right in their own neighbourhoods. To help us assist residents as quickly and efficiently as possible, we encourage them to bring along their ID or municipal account details,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
