Murdered Captain Honoured

CAPE TOWN – The South African Police Service in the Western Cape held a wreath-laying ceremony at the Provincial SAPS building in Alfred Street, Green Point, to honour the late TRT Captain Z Mzayiya, who was shot and killed during a shootout with a suspect in Knysna on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

Lieutenant General Sizakhele Dyantyi was joined by SAPS management, colleagues and family members who participated in the wreath-laying ceremony.
