Jooma Coffee

Get your FREE latte from Jooma Coffee in Sea Point this July

First Group is helping to warm up the beloved Mother City this winter by offering you a FREE Jooma Coffee LATTE with every hot beverage purchased during the month of July 2022. No catch attached, just pop into Jooma Coffee shop at Riviera Suites (273 Beach Road, Cape Town, Western Cape), select and buy your favourite hot drink and claim your complimentary latte. Not a fan of milk? No problem, Jooma Coffee offers a range of milk alternatives for those who don’t drink dairy.

While you’re there, take a seat and enjoy the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, breath-taking Atlantic Ocean views and delicious food.

“Cape Town is one of the world’s finest tourist destinations with so much to offer,” says Shaun Lamont, Managing Director of First Group, “and due to the overall popularity of the Cape, we now have nine hospitality properties there, including the newly acquired Hermanus Beach Club.” It’s easy to see why Cape Town is a firm favourite with this successful holiday group – besides its rich cultural heritage, it is also one of the cities with the youngest population globally. The average age is just 29 years, compared to 40 in Brussels and 36 in London. And, it’s not only South Africans who adore this young and vibrant city, it was voted as Best City in the World for seven years running, from 2013 – 2019 by readers of The Telegraph

“The culture of the city is diverse, cosmopolitan and fun-loving,” continues Shaun. “We want to build on that with the generosity and warmth that Cape Town is so well-known for, through our Jooma Coffee campaign, because we love Cape Town a LATTE!”

For those who have never ventured from the safety of a cappuccino, a latte is definitely the next step on your coffee journey. It starts with the same base as a cappuccino; a single or double shot of espresso, which is then combined with several ounces of steamed milk to create a rich, creamy drink that has a more subtle espresso taste. The latte is then topped with a layer of foam. The exact preparation varies widely nowadays with its popularity having gained momentum in the last 20 years.

“Get down to Jooma Coffee and try ours, on us, you won’t be disappointed,” concludes Shaun.
